3. Scope of Services
The Plan Beyond is a legacy planning and secure digital vault platform enabling users to store important documents, manage records, share content with trusted individuals through role-based permissions, and schedule posthumous communications.
4. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Users under 18 may only access the Services with parental or legal guardian consent and supervision.
5. User Registration and Information Collection
Users must complete a multi-step registration process involving:
- Creating a secure profile with personal details and authentication method
- Designating Trustee, Recipients, or Executors with tiered access
- Reviewing stored information and modifying access permissions
- Uploading critical data including credentials, wills, insurance documents, and healthcare directives
- Preparing scheduled messages and posthumous instructions
6. Subscription, Cancellation Policy and Payment Terms
6.1 Subscription Options
Both free and paid plans are offered, with monthly or annual billing options available.
6.2 Free Trial
New users may receive a one-time 7-day free trial. After expiration, the subscription automatically converts to the selected paid plan unless cancelled.
6.3 Billing and Payment
Subscribing to a paid plan authorizes the company and payment partners to charge applicable fees to the designated payment method on a recurring basis. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.
6.4 Cancellation and Refunds
Users may cancel anytime through their dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Yearly Subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds for unused portions may be requested at the company’s discretion.
Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds provided for monthly subscriptions unless required by law.
6.5 Changes to Pricing
The company reserves the right to modify pricing or features. Changes will be communicated in advance and apply from the next billing cycle.
7. User Information and Confidentiality
Users submitting sensitive information acknowledge and agree that:
- They have full legal authority to upload and assign permissions

8. Account Creation and Security

- The company reserves the right to monitor Accounts for suspicious activity and suspend or terminate if necessary

10. Acceptable Use
Users agree to comply with the following:
- Only one Account per User unless prior authorization is granted
- Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable
- No false, inaccurate, or misleading information
- No interference with Website integrity or performance
- No content inciting hatred, advocating terrorism, disseminating hate speech, or violating applicable laws
11. Termination
- The company may suspend or terminate Accounts for violating Terms, false information, unauthorized activity, non-payment or suspected misuse
- Users may request Account closure by written request
- Upon termination, users may request transfer of account information and data via drive link or email
12. Intellectual Property
- These Terms grant no license or right to company intellectual property including trademarks, logos, software, or proprietary information
- Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission
- Unauthorized use breaches these Terms and may violate applicable laws. This clause survives Account termination.
13. Third-Party Services
The Website may contain references or links to third-party platforms or Services. The company does not own, operate, control, or assume responsibility for such services. Once navigating away, these Terms and Privacy Policy no longer apply.
The company expressly disclaims liability for any loss, damage, or harm arising from use of Third-Party Services.
14. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” The company expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied. The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
15. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and legal fees arising from User breach of Terms, infringement of third-party rights, violation of applicable laws, gross negligence, or fraudulent conduct. This obligation survives termination.
16. Force Majeure
The company is not liable for failures or delays from events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, governmental orders, labor disputes, internet disruptions, cyberattacks, or pandemics. Obligations are suspended during such events, with reasonable efforts to resume performance.
17. Dispute Resolution
Users agree to resolve disputes through amicable discussions and good-faith negotiations. If unresolved within 90 days, disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Gurgaon, India. These Terms are governed by Indian law.
18. Waiver & Severability
No failure or delay in exercising any right, power, or remedy operates as a waiver of that right.
